Robert Bilsky has been buying, renovating, renting and selling properties in the Baltimore area for 20 years.  Robert bought his first “distressed” property in 1985 in the Pimlico area.  Robert has personally bought and fixed up propertries from HUD, VA, bank foreclosures, bank-owned properties (REO’s) and investment properties.  Originally Robert got his Real Estate License for his Real Estate Investment, but quickly started to take on client in helping them buy and sell their homes and investment properties.

After spending 20 years renovating properties for re-sale, Robert learned how to sell properties for TOP Dollar.   In “How to Sell Your Home for Top Dollar”, Robert provides the tips and techniques he has learned over the years to sell homes for Top Dollar.  Robert has incorporate his experience of home restoration and sales of residential real estate into a very successful Real Estate career.

Education
Robert earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1984. After moving to Baltimore in 1984, he started to study and invest in Real Estate.  Robert has worked to earn one of the real estate industry’s most prestigious profession designation, GRI -   Graduate of the Realtor®> Institute.  Only 10% of all Realtors earn this designation and is assurance to you of competent, quality and professional real estate services.

Aracely Fuentes was born and raised in Panama, Central America.  She studied business at the University of Panama.  In 1988 she came to the U.S. and started her own successful Restaurant business.  In addition to managing her restaurant business she worked with her husband renovating and decorating investment properties.

Aracely is fluent in both English and Spanish.   She prides herself on being knowledgeable, honest, friendly and caring.  She understands buying or selling a home can be stressful at times and she is always patient and understanding.  She especially pays attention to the details, thus creating a trouble-free closing for both buyers and sellers.
