When you locate builder(s) and communities that you are interested in, please contact us FIRST so that we can register with you in person at the builder's sales office. Many builders require that the REALTORŪ register with their buyers IN PERSON on the FIRST VISIT to the builder's sales office so it is very important that you contact us prior to visiting the builder's sales office. If you visit a new home community without us, you will need to register an agent at DollarsBackRealty.com as your REALTORŪ with our business card! (very important). If the on-site salesperson gives you any difficulty, please do not fill out the registration card and contact Robert Bilsky immediately at 410-515-0093. We will make arrangements to have us registered as your REALTORŪ. "Since most new home builders have adopted a policy that the real estate agent register with their buyer(s) in person on the first visit," it is very important that you contact us PRIOR to visiting the builder's sales office.
