For new homes, we offer rebates up to 2% of the base price when you

builders pay a 2% to 3% referral fee or brokerage commission to the
buyer's real estate broker; and they normally do not lower the base
price if you do not have a REALTORŪ. So it is wise to utilize an agent

How it Works? At DollarsBackRealty.com, our business
model allows you to conduct your own new home search with us as your
buyer broker, and we will pass on the savings to you in the form of a
substantial commission rebate at settlement. Before you start your new
home search, please call broker Robert Bilsky at 410-515-0093 so that we
can consult with you on your new home search and so we can send to you a
new home rebate agreement as well as business cards.
When you locate builder(s) and communities that you are
interested in, please contact us FIRST so that we can register with you
in person at the builder's sales office. Many builders require that the
REALTORŪ register with their buyers IN PERSON on the FIRST VISIT to the
builder's sales office so it is very important that you contact us prior
to visiting the builder's sales office. If you visit a new home
community without us, you will need to register an agent at
DollarsBackRealty.com as your REALTORŪ with our business card! (very
important). If the on-site salesperson gives you any difficulty, please
do not fill out the registration card and contact Robert Bilsky
immediately at 410-515-0093. We will make arrangements to have us
registered as your REALTORŪ. "Since most new home builders have adopted
a policy that the real estate agent register with their buyer(s) in
person on the first visit," it is very important that you contact us
PRIOR to visiting the builder's sales office. In most cases, we will
need to register with you in person at the builder's sales office. So
please call or email us so we can send to you our buyer rebate agreement

Rebates will vary based on what the builder is paying
real estate brokers. Buyer will need to have a signed buyer broker
agreement for the rebates to apply. Rebate schedule assumes builder is
paying a 3% commission. If commission or referral fee paid by builder is
less than 3%, then rebates will be 50% of referral fee. Purchaser to
notify lender about broker rebate. If the property is a new home where
we will need to write up, negotiate, and present the contract then the
Resale Program. applies, consult with your agent for further
details.
