RESALE PROGRAM: How it Works

An agent from DOLLARSBACK REALTY.com will need to show you the listings and present all contracts on your behalf if you want to take advantage of our cash rebate offer! If the listing agent or an agent from another brokerage company shows you the property first then we may not be able to offer you a rebate for that particular property so please call us first before you look at any homes. If you visit an open house or listing without one of our agents, it is important that you inform them that you are working with us and give them one of our business cards.

* Commission rebates assume that the listing broker (seller) is paying a 3% buyer's side brokerage commission. Rebates to be reduced or adjusted accordingly if seller pays less than 3%.(Example: rebates reduced 1/2% if seller pays 2.5%). Buyer(s) must be pre-approved by a lender with a pre-approval letter, buyer should also have funds for an earnest money deposit and down payment. Buyer will need to have a signed buyer broker agreement for our rebates to apply. Buyer to notify lender about rebate. There may be a house showing and/or contract write-up limit for our rebates to apply.
